In anticipation of what has become a memorable event, the Township will participate in the annual Township Parade of Flags at the 2024 Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors (PSATS) Educational Conference and Exhibit Show opening session on Monday, April 15 in Hershey. The procession will kick-off the annual conference of township supervisors representing some 1,456 townships of the second class in Pennsylvania. The Howe Township flag, which was originally inspired by this event, will be displayed at the PSATS Conference. The Supervisors are proud to join with other townships in demonstrating our “Township Pride” in what has become a truly inspirational moment at the conference.
