The Howe Township Board of Supervisors have announced that they will resume in-person meetings at a new location as of January 7, 2021. The BOS Meetings will be held in Howe Township at the Hope Eternal UM Church, 2 Burd Road, Newport, PA 17074. Initially, the Board meetings will be held in Rooms 1A and 1B. Masks will be required and social distancing will be enforced. CDC guidelines will be followed in terms of cleaning protocols and, additionally, hand sanitizer and related PPE will be provided as appropriate. The Supervisors believe that public input is best served through in-person Board Meetings as opposed to virtual meetings.
