Updated December 8, 2020 – Protecting the health, safety and well-being of our residents, employees and associates is our top priority. Because of precautions that we have chosen to take due to the Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID-19), face-to-face business hours at the Howe Township Office and at the Howe Township Tax Collector’s Office have been cancelled until further notice. There will be a drop box placed at the entrance to the Township Office and at the normal door used for tax payments at the Tax Collector’s Office. Please place your item(s) and/or payment in these boxes. No cash will be accepted for tax payments, so we ask that you please use a check or money order for all payments. Tax payments may also be mailed to Jill Walter, Tax Collector, at 109 Junita Parkway East, Newport, PA 17074. The postmark serves as your payment date. Our Township Secretary, Nancy Cangioli, will be available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY during normal business hours at the Howe Township Office as shown on the Contact page. PLEASE NOTE: MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE HOWE TOWNSHIP OFFICE.
