Howe Township Perry County, $2 million was awarded for onsite improvements at the proposed Buffalo Crossing Business Park in Howe Township, which includes the roadway network, stormwater facilities, water line extension, sanitary sewer, and traffic signals. It’s expected to create 45 construction jobs, with the potential for dozens of new jobs upon completion.
