Howe Township is pleased to announce that the Township is now a member of the Central Keystone Council of Governments* (CKCOG). The Township will be utilizing both UCC Building Permit and Zoning services, and we anticipate this “one-stop shop” will streamline the permitting and construction process for residents, contractors, and businesses.
The objective of the Central Keystone COG is to pool resources to more efficiently administer services for residents and municipalities; thereby providing services that would otherwise not be economically practical.
